PROJECT HALOOP 

Sustainability - Reusable Packaging - User Experience - Brand identity

HALOOP is a startup that aims at implementing a reusable packaging into takeaways restaurants in Stockholm. 

User research 

We conducted interviews with 20 people with different social and cultural backgrounds in order to determine the appropriate target, their behaviours, daily routines and needs. 

 

The interviews help us determine the service that would foster adhesion from the users and the parameters that facilitate the implementation of a reusable box in food takeaways. 

We also investigate the users preferences in terms of packaging: shape, form, material, usage and recyclability. 

AFFINITY MAP

The loads of information gathered through the interviews was sorted out in categories that conditioned the system we wanted to create.

PERSONAS

I created persona cards to highlight the most important personality traits of the potential users to identify their goals, needs, motivations and level of adherence to the product.
